"A show on A&E did a segment on this incident. They charged the hit and runner for no insurance, fleeing the scene, failure to register a motor vehicle, and expired drivers license. If she didn’t chase the runner down, they probably wouldn’t have found her. I didn’t hear any thing about the victim getting charged with anything. I don’t think she should get charged anyways. "
