I've had this clip for a few years (for some reason) it shows China's last use of steam traction for use in the Beitai Steelworks - dealing with the dirty old slag.. which must have been like working in Hades itself.. it's towards the end of 2018-ish. We will never see this again - unless it's after the next world war..
