US man removes plastic bag from stray cat's head

This was the moment a man from Byhalia, Mississippi removed a plastic bag from the head of a stray cat that was wandering aimlessly outside a local store.

Footage from July 8 shows the encounter where the cat is seen with what appears to be a crisp packet on its head.

Filmer, Hill Graham, walks over to the struggling cat and removes the piece of litter from the cat, which subsequently runs away.
