Moore police release footage of pursuit involving stolen vehicle and license plate

Moore Police released footage of a stolen vehicle chase from Monday, Dec. 16.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle with a reported stolen license plate.
Soon after assisting officers arrived on the scene, the driver took off from the gas station at Northwest 12th and Broadway, starting a pursuit.
The suspect went westbound, then south through the Briarwood Street neighborhood.
Police report the driver was driving erratically and dangerously before turning north onto the I-35 Service Road.
Police conducted a tactical maneuver, ending the pursuit.
The driver tried to flee on foot but was quickly taken into custody.
As police searched the vehicle, they found used drug paraphernalia along with thousands of dollars in reported stolen tools from a metro car dealership out of Norman where the car was reported stolen.
The suspect was identified as 38-year-old Jared Buck and was checked by medical personnel before being booked into the Cleveland County Detention Center.
