Illegal bonfire goes wrong

A tremendous explosion was recorded this evening in the Tamburi district of Taranto. The accident occurred in via Grazia Deledda during the lighting of a bonfire for the feast of San Giuseppe.

The first report speaks of numerous wounded taken to hospital, one of which is said to be a newborn in serious condition.
