A resident of Pang Village in Uttarakhand's Chamoli district caught the exact moment floodwaters from a Himalayan glacier burst a dam.

Footage from the opposite side of the valley shows residual dust coming from the scene of the dam's destruction.

At least 14 people have been killed with another 150 people missing.
