Ohio State Highway Patrol releases video of a missing 79-year-old being found in Lorain County

On March 22, troopers from the Elyria Post assisted Michigan state police in locating a missing person. The 79-year-old was located safe in Lorain County within 26 minutes of the BOLO being issued and reunited with his family.
