Man arrested, accused of taping shut dog's mouth and left inside Las Vegas vehicle
A man has been arrested after police say he abandoned his dog inside a vehicle with his mouth taped shut in Las Vegas to go gamble.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department received a call from hotel security after they spotted the dog inside on July 20, which happen to be a 113 -degree day.
Security was able to rescue the dog through the sunroof.
According to police, the dog was left inside the scorching vehicle for about two hours with no food or water.

50-year-old Raul Carbajal can be seen through body-cam video being arrested and is now facing charges of animal endangerment.
The 3-month old husky remains in the custody of animal control, receiving medical treatment.
