A DPS Trooper discovered eight illegal immigrants hidden underneath a tarp in the back of a pickup truck during a traffic stop on US-90 in Kinney County.

This included a 17-year-old. All were from Mexico and referred to Border Patrol.

The driver was arrested and charged with smuggling of persons.
