Indian dad comes up with fun fitness activities for daughter during lockdown

This dad in south India has been training his daughter at home with fun makeshift routines during the country's COVID-19 lockdown.

Aravind, from Puducherry, has spent 130 days training his 6-year-old daughter, Thaaragai Aarathana, using a coconut tree, rope climbing and ladder climbing.

He said: "I'm using this lockdown opportunity to teach something unique to my kid."
