Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones was seen outside the Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta at a "Stop the steal" rally on Wednesday (November 18).

Footage captured by Twitter user @skeptiphobia shows Jones standing in a car through the sunroof as he uses a loud hailer to address the crowd.
