CPD, OSP work together on the ground and in the sky to arrest chase suspects
Cincinnati Police and the Ohio State Highway Patrol were on the ground and in the sky to take three people into custody during an investigation Tuesday.
The OSP pilot followed the suspects as they traveled from Tuxworth Avenue down Guerly Road in West Price Hill.
Cincinnati officers tried to find a safe spot in which to pull over the car.
Eventually, it sped down the heavily traveled Queen City Bypass to Westwood Avenue.
Troopers were able to see the car pull into a parking lot and watch the suspects run. They were able to track them from the air and let police on the ground know where they were.
One of them was spotted trying to get into a home on Westwood Avenue.
Cincinnati police were able to arrest them. One of the suspects is Andre Houston. He faces failure to comply with police, obstructing official business and traffic charges.
