Off-Duty Officer Stops Robbery in Dentist Clinic
By: Brazil - A military police officer reacted to a robbery and shot a criminal this Thursday morning (11), in a dental clinic in Ceilândia, Brasília, in the Federal District.
According to the Military Police of the Federal District (PMDF), the sublieutenant of the corporation was receiving assistance when two criminals armed with knives entered.
The policeman reacted when one of the criminals tried to search the policeman on the ground. They got into a melee fight and the criminal surrendered when he saw the weapon. The policeman got up and when he arrived at the door, he was surprised by the other criminal who, with the knife in hand, went after the PM.
The criminal was eventually shot and sent to the Regional Hospital of Ceilândia (HRC). He was seen by the Military Fire Department (CBMDF) and had two gunshot wounds on his arm, he was conscious, oriented and stable.
The partner ended up being sent to the 15th Police Precinct (Ceilândia center).
