Pickens Police officers chase Elsa for bringing snow, ice to the Upstate

The Pickens Police Department said Elsa has been arrested and charged following a pursuit involving a sled.

This comes after the Upstate and other nearby areas were hit with a winter storm that brought snow and ice on Jan. 10.

According to the department, officers found Elsa trying to blend in with citizens and attempting to freeze the Pickens Blue Flame.

After a brief pursuit on foot that required an actual sled, Elsa was questioned about the incident and released with a citation for unlawful use of snow and ice.
