Atlanta police release body cam of burglary suspects being arrested
By: On 12/5/22, around 7pm, officers responded to a burglary in progress call at the location of 3061 Nancy Creek Rd NW. Upon arrival, officers met with the homeowners and victims, a male and female, who stated a male suspect intruder entered their home and physically assaulted them.
Preliminary investigation indicates the female victim confronted an unknown male suspect who was inside the home’s garage.
The suspect physically assaulted the female while demanding her car keys. The male victim rushed to confront the suspect and attempted to remove him from the home, but was physically assaulted by as well by the suspect. Police were contacted and, upon arrival, immediately detained the suspect.
The suspect was arrested and identified as: Jesse Synder (DOB 1/88) He was charged with Burglary/Breaking and Entering and was transported to the Fulton County Jail. Both victims sustained injuries during the incident. The male victim was treated at the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation continues.
