Boulder, Colorado — The Boulder Police Department shared body-camera footage of the rescue of a toddler who got her head stuck in a railing outside a home of an apartment complex. In the video, officers Stg. Martinez and Officer Kyle, can be seen using a battering ram to pry open the bars on the railing. About 15 seconds later, the toddler was freed.
