14-year-old gets into high-speed chase with Marion deputies
A video shows a 14-year-old getting into a high-speed chase with Florida deputies.
Aldyn Rowe is charged with fleeing to elude a law enforcement officer, operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to register a motor vehicle.
Marion County deputies tried to stop Rowe's vehicle since it didn't have a license plate, but he took off at a high rate of speed.
Deputies began pursuing Rowe's vehicle -- attempting a first PIT maneuver that failed, as Rowe was able to continue driving.
A second PIT maneuver a short time later proved successful, as deputies were able to eventually stop and surround the vehicle.
Rowe was arrested and transported to the Department of Juvenile Justice before being released to a mentor on supervised release.
