In a turn of events, new body camera footage has been released by the Phoenix police, showcasing the intense moments when an officer fired his gun at a suspect in the midst of a violent crime spree on a busy Valley freeway. The incident, which occurred just a few weeks ago, began on Hwy. 51 when the suspect, Carlos Delfin, attempted to carjack another vehicle.
