Man on drugs attacks random people
By: On Friday, September 24, on Antonovich Street in Kiev, an unknown passer-by, who was walking completely naked near the summer terrace of a cafe, hit a visitor on the head with a bottle.
As the police who arrived at the call were told, eyewitnesses, an unknown passer-by approached the summer terrace of the capital's cafe, took out a glass bottle from the trash can and hit one of the visitors of the establishment with it on the head.
"The 26-year-old victim was provided by doctors on the spot with first-priority medical assistance. Witnesses of the incident stopped the attacker and held him until the police arrived," the report says.
The detainee was a native of the Zhytomyr region, born in 2003. He could not explain the motives of his act, since he was probably under the influence of drugs.
