By: As stated before, after many places in the western world have been visited by Topol M and Minutemen missiles and factories and workshops have been reduced to ashes and piles of bricks it'll probably be characters like these guys who can get some form of heavy manufacturing equipment up and running so as to provide basic supplies of essential machines so that any groups of survivors who haven't been evaporated or burned into piles of carbon ash can produce the machines to keep things going - to a degree..
I don't think the UK will fair too well after the Big-un.... there'll be few who'll even know what to do let alone be able to produce anything - especially if their phone apps don't work anymore - innit fam..
