An Intoxilizer breath test returned results of 0.142 and 0.149 g/210L approximately 3 hours after the time of the crash.
Cruz Hernandez was charged with DUI, DUI with property damage, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, possession of a fraudulent ID, driving without a valid license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and resisting without violence. He was also cited for driving on the wrong side of the road and failure to maintain a single lane.
