The Be-200 is one of the most unusual multipurpose aircraft, developed on the basis and using the ideas laid down in its predecessor, the A-40 amphibian. The aircraft is capable of taking off both from the ground and from the water surface. Main applications: fire fighting, search and rescue operations, water surface protection, environmental missions, passenger and cargo transportation. In terms of a number of flight and technical characteristics, the Be-200 has no analogues in the world.
