New Bedford, MA - On Tuesday, April 1st, police responded to an accident at the intersection of Myrtle and Weld Streets.

Following the investigation, the incident was widely shared on social media, along with a narrative that suggested Officer Jessica Nicoli’s conduct was less than professional.

The incident is under review by our Professional Standards Unit. However, given the attention this incident has received online, we are releasing Officer Nicoli’s full body camera footage, which is available below.
