Passenger train smashes into truck stuck on level crossing

Footage has emerged online of a collision between a passenger train and a truck last Thursday, September 3, in the town of Ruhrmond, in the province of Limburg in the south-east of the Netherlands.

The video, made by an eyewitness, shows that the truck stopped at the railway crossing across the tracks. The truck driver jumped out of the cab and started waving his arms, trying to signal to the driver.
