A transport truck tilted up onto its back wheels while pouring rocks into a river to prevent floods in Vietnam.

The video, shot in Binh Dinh on November 8, shows the head of a transport truck raising up when the vehicle was pouring the rocks into a river.

A nearby excavator has been moved to the site to help.
