A 122-year-old woman in the Philippines says the secret to her long life is playing the harmonica when she wakes up in the morning.

Mother-of-fourteen Francisca Susano from Negros Occidental was reportedly born on September 11, 1897.

The former farmhand said playing the mouth organ helps to keep her mind sharp, while her diet of fresh food, keeps her body healthy.
