Protester dragged by distracted police officer on motorcycle during standoff in Portland, Oregon
By: This was the moment a distracted police officer dragged a protester with his motorcycle as an assailant in a car sped off in Portland, Oregon on October 3.
Footage filmed by Twitter user @AlexStojanovPDX shows a crowd of protesters surrounding the officer who is attending to a person in a vehicle.
The car manages to drive away prompting a mini pursuit by the officer who is accompanied by running protesters, one who ends up getting dragged by the officer.
