Power plant accident
By: A turbogenerator caught fire at the Artemovskaya CHPP in Primorye; the prosecutor's office is conducting an investigation, the regional supervisory agency reports.
A video from a surveillance camera at the thermal power plant has circulated on social networks. It shows that the turbine first began to smoke, then caught fire in two places. Workers run away from the car.
