In this video, Office of Neighborhoods (OON) deputies respond to a man who is unresponsive but has a very faint pulse. They administer four doses of Narcan and perform CPR until he is revived.

Their quick actions not only saved his life but also provided him with another chance to access resources and strive to become the best version of himself. Shortly afterward, medics arrived on the scene to continue providing medical care.
