Bargain home in a italian medieval village

I prefer to show the rural/genuin location, because the price is really affordable (actually, but I can't assure for the future). The average price is 100 Euro for 10 ft sq (1 sq m = 10,76 ft sq). You can buy half of a medieval village/hamlet investing 70/100.000 Euro. Many people from abroad are starting to do it.
