"I just left my house going to Baltimore MD it happened in the road that I life on I was going down the hill when the horse and buggy ran out in front of me and drift. I found the guys that was driving the buggy and talk to him about it they were getting ready for for a wedding and the family was in there awhile and he was hooking it up and a strap came down and hit the horse in the but and spooked the horse no one was hurt"
