'Disinfection tunnel' introduced in French supermarket for the first time
Disinfection tunnels have been installed this week at the entrance of a supermarket in Ajaccio on the French island of Corsica.
Footage from November 12 shows shoppers passing through a blue-lit tunnel diffusing the disinfectant.
At a cost of 9,500 euros, the manufacturer Corse Chimie Industrie promises to fight coronavirus through triple disinfection by ultrasound, ultraviolet light, and misting a hypochlorous solution.
