French police (gendarmerie) take down a woman with mental issue without firing a gun

the police has been call for a woman walking in the street with a hunting rifle, she is taken down at 1:27 without any shot fired

for those that down speak french, during the whole process the police ask her to put down the gun, and once she is down they keep asking if she is hurt.
